Payments can be initiated on our web site and are processed by a third party vendor PayPal. PayPal's software is integrated into our site and the transmission, security and storage of this data resides with PayPal not SupplierGATEWAY®.

Disputes that cannot be resolved by first level customer support are escalated to the Manager of Customer Service. Any disputes that cannot be resolved at the Customer Service Manager level are then escalated to the Vice President of Operations. If a dispute cannot be resolved in house then such disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration, pursuant to the then current Commercial Rules of the America Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Cuyahoga County, Ohio and the arbitrator or arbitrators shall be required to have expertise in computer & software related matters.
  13. Merger or Bankruptcy: SupplierGATEWAY® maintains in escrow a current version of the source code for its software programs and associated database. In the event SupplierGATEWAY® merges with another company or enters into Bankruptcy (Clients/Customers) have in their agreements with SupplierGATEWAY® the right to access their information from escrow if such events as stated do occur.
