SupplierGATEWAY® regards the privacy and security of user information as a
critical component of the service that we offer to our users. The following
information explains our information gathering and dissemination practices.

Registration: You may be required to register in
order to be granted access to certain services and/or products at this web
site. At the time of registration, you may be prompted by one of our online
forms to provide certain personal information to us, including your name,
company name, and email address ("Registration Data"). Note: Information is not

into our Terms of Use, you agree to treat information about other
users of Suppliers Gateway® in strict accordance with such Terms of Use. In addition,
under no circumstances, except as defined in this section, can you disclose personally
identifiable information about another user to any third party without SupplierGATEWAY®'s consent
and the consent of such other user after adequate prior
written notice provided to such user. SupplierGATEWAY® does not sell or
rent any personally identifiable information to third parties. Note that law enforcement
personnel are given different rights with respect to the information they
access.

Security: Information collected by SupplierGATEWAY®
is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the
public. All of our employees and contractors are dedicated to maintaining and
upholding your privacy and security and are aware of our privacy and security policies.
Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. As
a result, while we strive to protect your personal information within our
systems, SupplierGATEWAY® cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit
to us, and you do so at your own risk. Payments
can be initiated on our web site and are processed by a
third party vendor PayPal. PayPal's software is integrated into our
site and the transmission, security and storage of this data resides with PayPal not SupplierGATEWAY®.

Retention of Information: SupplierGATEWAY® keeps
customer's information for a minimum of 3 years and no more than 5
years.

also have links on this web site and/or provide links to this web site. Please

Opt-Out and Discontinue: Subscribers may elect to op-out and to discontinue receiving future
communications from us through making the appropriate changes to your personal

indicating your Username and E-mail address and requesting to opt-out and
discontinue future communications. Notwithstanding the forgoing, even if you

information about the service or your account, but we will not send you unsolicited

Dispute Resolution: Customer's with a dispute may
contact our support team via email at sgsupport@SupplierGATEWAY.com,
SupplierGATEWAY® support console or telephone as detailed below in "Contact
Us". Disputes that cannot be resolved by first level customer support are
escalated to the Manager of Customer Service. Any disputes that cannot be
resolved at the Customer Service Manager level are then escalated to the Vice
President of Operations. If a dispute cannot be resolved in house then such
disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration, pursuant to the then current
Commercial Rules of the America Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take
place in Cuyahoga County, Ohio and the arbitrator or arbitrators shall be
required to have expertise in computer & software related
matters.

Merger or Bankruptcy: SupplierGATEWAY®
maintains in escrow a current version of the source code for its
software programs and associated database. In the event SupplierGATEWAY® merges with another company or
enters into Bankruptcy (Clients/Customers) have in their agreements with SupplierGATEWAY® the right to
access their information from escrow if such events as stated do occur.

Safe Harbor: In accordance with our commitment to
protect personal privacy, SupplierGATEWAY® adheres to the principles of the
Safe Harbor Framework as developed by the U.S. Department of Commerce in
consultation with the European Commission. The seven principles and fifteen
