Resources (DIR), a not-for-profit organization, was founded in
Minneapolis in 1968 has grown to a national database which
contains more than 8,400 certified minority and women-owned
businesses. In addition to Data Validation Services, DIR also
offers National seminars on corporate supplier diversity
programs, how to set up a program and best practices that can
take an existing program to the next level.

Commission on Economic Inclusion
Created in December 2000, the Commission on Economic Inclusion, a program of the
GCP, is a broad-based coalition of more than 80 Northeast Ohio employers who are
committed to making the region’s diversity a source of economic strength.
Current Commission members have a combined workforce of about 155,000
individuals in Northeast Ohio and more than 500,000 throughout the U.S. |
